The following guidelines direct the style and creation of email content for all Haley Marketing communications, internal and external. This includes, but not limited to any client communications (text-based email templates, email signature standards, sales emails, etc.); Idea Club Newsletter templates; and any other guidelines for Haley Marketing email communication.
Our standard email signature includes your name, position, as well as Haley Marketing name, phone and email. This is followed by the Haley Marketing logo and our current call-to-action email graphic linked to the current promotion.
Please follow Haley Marketing brand standards by using ONLY Roboto Regular. If you don’t have Roboto, please default to Calibri (Body.) DO NOT USE Times New Roman or any other fonts.
