Collateral Guidelines

Haley Marketing's collateral guidelines aim to provide consistency across all our sales materials.

These guidelines provide direction for the creation of Haley Marketing collateral materials. From sell sheets and case studies to brochures and ebooks, these standards help us put our best foot forward when it comes to selling our products and services. 

Our Collateral Standards

Cover / Header

  • Bold color (could be black or one of our brand colors.)
  • Ensure the title is the focus of the Cover or Header.

General Standards

  • Imagery: Wherever possible use examples of our work over stock imagery; and use imagery over graphics / illustrations. (See examples in the product catalog below.)
  • Icons: Icons are a great way to visually tell a story. In most cases, we should use light, linear icons over solid icons. Solid icons should only be used when they are small (think 22px or smaller.) (See examples in the product catalogs below.)
  • Website URL(s): Whenever website urls are spelled out drop the prefix if "www." (e.g. haleymarketing.com.) And on any digital collateral these urls should be linked.

Back Cover / Footer

  • Always include our 800 number and website url (e.g. 1.888.696.2900 | haleymarketing.com) unless otherwise stated in the copy document.
  • The back cover or footer should always include our logo (following our logo standards.)
